The Time Leap Bureau Mail Subscription

Join an unfolding fictional story, set exactly a century ago, parallel to the present. Get to know Lorelei and Ophelia and the surroundings they live in through their long distance friendship as they share their life stories through one letter each month. Their correspondence offers a glimpse into a different world, not only of the 1920's but of looming mystery, supernatural elements and a fracture in time itself.

Each letter is a piece of the series but also functions as stand alone stories. Subscribers will receive a curated letter of a short story which will alternate between being signed by Lorelei one month and by Ophelia the next.

Additionally, each letter will include a 5"x7" art card inspired by the enclosed story. In this month’s issue it’s of the side character Fiona from my original painting “Fiona & Fauna” which I just completed. This month’s letter is four pages long, just shy of 1900 words.

This is a tangible envelope that will arrive in your mailbox. It's suitable for anyone who enjoys stepping into tales of history with a glimmer of mysterious whimsy. Whether for yourself or as a gift, this is not only collectable art but an immersive experience.

You will receive an artifact in the form of a sticker. It has a second purpose for anyone who collects all six of the same theme which unlock a secret gift. Details will be included in the letter.

Some version of a puzzle, code, or brain teaser of some kind will be included every month. I make them from scratch just like with my writing and art. In the October issue there will be a crossword and there's a twist with a small optional reward at the end for anyone who solves it.

There will be a letter from me as well with each issue.

You can expect a note from the mysterious archivist who remains anonymous. He or she is the driving force behind "transcribing" the damaged letters from Lorelei and Ophelia.

How billing works; You get charged for the current issue the day you first sign up. Each following month’s letter will be charged on the 9th of every month.

I package and ship out letters once per week.
